Preparing and Using Kratom Leaves
Kratom is a native leafy tree that can be found in the Southeast Asia such as Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand, and elsewhere. They can grow from 3 to 40 meters (depends on their age) and have leaves that are hard, thick, glossy and dark green in color. Kratom is widely renowned for its medicinal leaf and many people have found that it is such a natural solution for chronic pain and treatment for the addiction and many more. Generally, the leaves of the Kratom trees are the ones being harvested. They are then processed into many different kratom that are available today in the market. There are some ways to prepare and use Kratom leaves. But be sure to use only enough dosage as possible especially if that is your first time to use it. Following are the method of preparing and using the leaves of Kratom.
First is the traditional method where the fresh leaves are often chewed after cutting off the central stringy vein. This can be easily done in countries where Kratom grows. However, if you are far from this country, you can also chew fresh leaves by buying Kratom plants. The dried leaves can be chewed also but since they are hard, most people do crush or powder them so that it can be swallowed easily.
Another way is the tosh and wash. This is for the Kratom extract and Kratom powder. You just toss the Kratom extracts or powder into your mouth and drink liquid juice to wash the Kratom down. Most people said that fruit juices are very effective (grape juice is the best) because of their acidic content. But you can drink any liquid too. Remember that the use of Kratom extract should be in small amount only because they are much powerful than the Kratom powder.
Then, there is the Kratom suspension. This is the method where you can put the Kratom powder with juice in a bottle, shake it well, and consume it while still in suspension. In fact, you can put the Kratom powder in a glass and add juice (grapefruit is the best), stir it with a spoon, and then drink it.
Then there is the apple sauce way. This is just very simple and easy to prepare if you have an apple sauce. Just mix your Kratom with your apple sauce to mask the taste of the Kratom and eat it quickly. Another is by Kratom capsule. The capsule can be filled with the Kratom extract or Kratom powder made by Kratom sellers or made by you.
Another one is the Kratom tea. This can be prepared using Kratom powders, resins, Kratom leaves, or extracts. Then you can also cook Kratom. Although this method is not common, it can be fun. Since Kratom taste really bad, the recipes that you could use should be like curries or stews which have strong flavors so that you will taste the awfulness of the Kratom. Last but not the least is by preparing Kratom as smoothies. The effect of Kratom also last longer using this method.
